Your Customer Returns:
If your customer returns an Ananda Professional product and requests a refund on their purchase, contact Ananda Professional at 888-388-1119 or email@example.com to request a credit. Ananda Professional does not issue refunds. A credit for the amount of the wholesale price you paid for the product will be credited to your next Ananda Professional order.
Defective or Damaged Product Returns:
In the event defective or damaged products are received, contact Ananda Professional at 888-388-1119 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement of the affected merchandise.
Returns from Ananda Professional Pharmacies:
Ananda Professional is your partner in bringing full spectrum hemp extract to your patients. Our commitment to you begins with an in-service for your pharmacy within 10 days of your initial order. If you complete your in-service within the time required and you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase after 90 days from the purchase date, simply return unused, unopened products for a full refund to:

No questions asked, and no restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may ship product back using the carrier of his/her choice.
Orders of $500 or more are shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail. For orders less than $500, a $15 shipping fee applies.
By accepting Ananda Professional products, you agree to sell Ananda Professional products exclusively to your customers, and you will not intentionally sell, divert or redistribute to unauthorized retailers, brokers or distributors. You further agree not to sell any Ananda Professional products on any online retail or e-commerce platform, including but not limited to Amazon, Jet, and eBay.
